The Marthoma Sunday School Samajam grieves the loss of Bishop Zacharias Mar Theophilus, who was the Samajam President for a two consecutive terms. Thirumeni was instrumental in many of our projects, especially the Thejus building and its contruction at Charalkunnu. His leadership was a blessing to the Samajam and we thank God almighty for his contributions and the legacy he left. It is also heartening to know that Thirumeni has even written songs for the VBS, so much was his love for children.

The Samajam (Rev. Ninu Chandy) had recorded its condolences on 29th December, 2015 and the office bearers and other workers paid a floral tribute to his memory.
Though his passing away has created an irreparable loss to us and the Church, we believe that we shall meet on that beautiful shore.
