Annual Examinations, Birudh Examinations, Teacher’s Examinations 2014
 
I - Nursery, Beginner, Primary Examinations
a. The Annual Examinations will be held for Nursery, Beginner and Primary students, for both first year and second year students.
b. The Samajam will provide the Question Papers for both first and second year students.
c. Please note that there will only be an Oral Test for both the first and second year students.
d. The Examinations for both first and second year students will be held in their respective Sunday Schools on 16 November, 2014.
e. The Valuation of both first and second year students has to be done by the teachers of the respective Sunday Schools.
II- Annual Examinations
a. The Annual Examinations will be held on 16th November 2014, Sunday at 2.30 PM.
b. The Examinations will be specially held on 21st November, 2014 at 2:30 PM for the Sunday Schools in the Gulf Region.
The Annual Examinations of the Samajam has to be held at the time and date specified above.
Annual Examinations Fee
All students from Junior to Young Adults Classes will have to pay an Examination Fee of two Rupees. (Rs. 2/-)
Kindly note that there will not be any Examination Fee for students of Nursery, Beginner and Primary students (Only Oral Examinations).
Question Papers:
The Annual Examinations Question Papers will be provided by the Samajam.
Valuation:
The Valuation will have to be conducted at the respective Sunday Schools. The Answer Key required for the same will be given in special envelopes. The marks obtained for the Annual Examinations will not have a bearing on the Birudh Examinations. Total Marks: 100.
For your attention:  Annual Examinations will only be for the First year students of classes Junior to Young Adults.
 
III. Birudh Examinations
a. The Birudh examinations will be held on 7th December 2014, at 2:30 PM.
b. The Examinations will be specially held on 12th December, 2014 at 2:30 PM for the Sunday Schools in the Gulf Region.
The Samajam Birudh Examinations are very vital. This is a time to evaluate how much our children have acquired from the Word of God. The Second year classes (Junior, Intermediate, Senior, Young Adult) and the Adult classes will have to appear for the Birudh Examinations.
The Birudh Examinations will be centrally held. The Centre Teachers Committee should do the necessary regarding the exams. The names of students (In Bold) of Junior to Adults classes, as in the official record of the student, must be added in the Mark List form- and must be sent to the Samajam along with the Statement Forms. Sunday Headmasters please  take extra caution while this is being done.
Fee for Birudh Examinations:  Five Rupees (5/-)
